My blaze will not update when I press on the pink bar. It starts then jumps back to the dashboard, saying update available. And it will not allow me to sync. The date and time info is incorrect . I have restarted phone, turned bluetooth on and off, deleted app and re-installed etc etc. but no joy. Any advice please?
Ah that's good to hear 😀 I've been trying since last night to sort it, so hope it doesn't happen again.

I have mine working again - I went into "Settings", then selected "Bluetooth", clicked on "Blaze" under "My Devices", and then "Forget this Device". Then I went back into my Fitbit ap and was able to make the update, etc. Hope this works for others!
Best AnswerI have been experiencing the same problems since getting my new iPhone 7 plus about three weeks ago. Will not sync, has incorrect date and time, will not allow me to update my Blaze, randomly will shut off, and lastly my battery was draining within about two days which is not normal at all. I tried everything!!! I unistalled the iphone app twice, turned off my phone twice and deleted the device. I could not get the device to reconnect once I deleted it. I would put in the code when prompted to do so and it would just set there for 5 minutes before I would get frustrated and feel the need to try something else. Someone left a comment to go to the phone settings, under the bluetooth settings and "forget this device". Once I did that, I was able to get my Blaze to reconnect with the pairing code and was automatically prompted to update my Blaze!!!!! FINALLY!! 🙂 Hope this is helpful to someone else!
I take it you did not get the problem fixed. I am having the same problem.
