Fitbit Charge not pairing or syncing for over three weeks

I routinely have go in and sync my Charge HR but when I went to look at my sleep and other dashboards last night after what I thought was a successful pairing I had no data since December 19th! My Charge HR is working and it has been buzzing as u reach goals through out the day but all of my calories burned are listed the same for the last three weeks. I have been trying to sync and can not get the connection to hold. No I have no data for over three weeks and my time on my watch is eight minutes slow. I have never let the battery fully run out. I have tried resetting without any changed. I am very upset and frustrated about this. I have an iPhone 6 with IOS 9.2. Please help!

My fitbit HR is running 6 miinutes slow,can it be reset to correct time?

@joelk The time can be corrected. If you haven't already tried, the steps mentioned here should get you back on track.
