Fitbit Flex Sync Not Working

I sync my Fitbit Flex to my iPhone several times a day, and usually have All-Day Sync turned on. I synced it yesterday around 10:30 pm and it was showing the correct data - around 19,000 steps, correct calorie burn, distance, etc.; however, it was not showing an accurate number of active minutes. I went to sync to the app again about an hour later to see if my active minute time would adjust, and found that my step count had been reset to 4,000 and syncing it did not change that. I can't find a way to get those steps back. Now, when I look at my Flex on the app, it says it hasn't been synced since yesterday at 3:25 pm, and the time and step count don't adjust when I try to re-sync it. Additionally, from the homepage of the app it says that my Flex has been synced and is connected, but when I click on Flex to go to the page where you can adjust settings like dominant/nondominant hand and silent alarms, the sync fails - it gets about halfway through and then says "waiting" and does not finish the sync. Help please! I'd really like to get those steps back.

My Flex quit working on Sunday about 11:00 AM.  I put it into the charger and pressed the reset.  It seemed ok for about  minute then it would shut off again.  I tried that several times.  I was about to give up when it started working again about 7:00 PM.  It worked fine all day on Monday.  This morning it did not track any sleep or any steps.  I put it in the charger and it showed two lights.  When It got to five lights, I removed it from the charger.  It synced with my phone and showed over 10,400 steps.  There is no way that is correct.  I walked 3000 steps at the most. But it shows 0 miles.

I added this to Lily237's post because it seems to be acting wacky like hers.  Any ideas?

@Lily237 Very strange. I'd recommend the following:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the  Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should help you out, but let me know if you need any additional help!

@Kingsly91 I'd recommend reaching out to Fitbit Support, they'll do their best to help you get back on track. Click here for their contact information.
