Best AnswerMy Flex quit working on Sunday about 11:00 AM. I put it into the charger and pressed the reset. It seemed ok for about minute then it would shut off again. I tried that several times. I was about to give up when it started working again about 7:00 PM. It worked fine all day on Monday. This morning it did not track any sleep or any steps. I put it in the charger and it showed two lights. When It got to five lights, I removed it from the charger. It synced with my phone and showed over 10,400 steps. There is no way that is correct. I walked 3000 steps at the most. But it shows 0 miles.
I added this to Lily237's post because it seems to be acting wacky like hers. Any ideas?

@Lily237 Very strange. I'd recommend the following:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.
This should help you out, but let me know if you need any additional help!
