Neither my iPhone nor iPad can “find” my Fitbit One. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I haven’t synced since 1/12. Help!!!

Have you tried restarting your fitbit? Note that sometimes you need to do it more than once. The instructions are here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
