My Fitbit One stopped synching on January 8. I have tried deleted and reinstalled the app. I also turned the bluetooth on and off several times, I also plugged the charger in my laptop, forced a shut down and turned the One back on all to no avail. All I get is the my Iphone is searching for the One but nothing happens.
Any other suggestions?

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your One, you've done a good job. I'm sorry your One isn't syncing as it should and to work on this together, may I know if you have other Bluetooth devices nearby? As you may know, having multiple Bluetooth connections may interfere with the syncing process as your phone will have difficulties to choose one device to connect with.
While you've tried some steps, please make sure to exhaust the ones described in this help article which have worked for other members.
