I recently received a replacement Fitbit Surge. I fully charged the unit last Sunday 8/21. The dashboard always shows the watch battery as full, and I never recieved a notificaion on my phone that the battery is/was low. On my previous unit I would get a notification on my phone, and the dashboard would reflect the battery life.
I do have notifications turned on.
Is anyone else having this issue? How did you correct it?

@RonGerstner One thing to consider is that your tracker needs to sync in order for the system to know its battery level and send a notification when it is low. Still you could try restarting your tracker to make sure it is syncing correctly and sending the information appropriately. You can restart it by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
Also your tracker should show a battery icon when its charge is low.
Let me know how it goes!

Which operating system does your phone use? iOS, Android, Windows?
Thank you

Make sure the latest fitbit app version is installed (phone).
Feel free to log out from the fitbit app (phone)..
On the fitbit.com website on the notifications page, disable the low battery notifications, click the save button, re-enable the settings, click the save button once more.
https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/notifications
Log back in to the fitbit app (phone) afterwards.
As last resort, feel free to clear the fitbit app cache on the phone:
iOS
If not already done, feel free uninstalling the app (phone) & reinstall freshly.

Hello @RonGerstner, how are you doin' today? Tell me, did you try to follow the instructions that my friend @SunsetRunner posted above, in order to receive the "low battery notifications"?
Let me know how it goes!
Best AnswerI did, and they still do not come through. I get all of the other notifications except for the low battery. I agve up, and just recharge it every 4 days regardless.
