Best AnswerHere the latest from tech support...
After checking our records, we could see that we have received reports about voice cues crashing. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. If you are experiencing other issues with it, let us know to further investigate.
Looking at the other messages with other issues, it looks like the update is a mess. This may taking longer than they first indicated.
This is happening to me as well
Best AnswerI’ve already tried these steps and the issue is the same. I am going to the Exercise tracker. Trying to get the voice cues to alert me at .5 miles instead of 1. It used to do this with all previous versions but since the update it has not. I select .5 and then back, then the app closes on its own
Best AnswerHas this question been resolved yet? I've been having the same issue on my iphone X for the last week. My voice cues have always been set at .5 and I noticed that I wasn't getting them so I checked the app and found they had been changed to 1 mile. When I try to change it back the app crashes.
I did update my app to the new dashboard about 2 or so weeks ago (though I was leery) and I am still experiencing the voice cue issue that many others are as of just recently. I first noticed it about a week ago and every time I have tried to change it back to the .5 mile cue the app closes out.

Hi @Skottee7471, @JordanianRiver and @GText. It's good that the community is growing! @Rich_Laue, it's always great to see you here, and thanks for your help. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the steps that you've tried. I understand how helpful is the option to change the cues details and our team is aware of the currently Fitbit app's behavior. They're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. While I don't have a time frame for the fix, be sure that this hasn't gone unnoticed.
If you have another question, feel free to reply back.

Apple is interfering with FITBIT app.
I set all day sync then the next day it is turned off!
I have to forget blue tooth device and pair again EVERY DAY!
Apple must stop interfering with FITBIT!
Also .5 mile and 1.5 mile voice cues are disabled!!
Gee, thanks Apple !##!
Just leave our Fitbit community out of your plans for world dominance 😞
