Hadn’t used my Fitbit in a while so recharged it but app already on phone not working as if it had to be downloaded again, tried this, wouldn’t download. Deleted app and tried to get it on App Store but it is greyed out and can’t download it. Everything worked fine weeks ago. I have iPhone SE, with iOS 13.4.1

Hi @Laragh, thank you for your reply.
I am sorry to hear the issue persists. I appreciate your efforts and recommend checking if you have the latest version of the App store and if you have enough space for apps.
You may also try doing the following - on your iPhone go to www.fitbit.com/setup, you should see a link that directs you to the Fitbit in the App store.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
