My Fitbit app is not letting me enter or view any data from the dashboard though my Fitbit is syncing with it. I can go to discover and community but cannot link to anything else. It was working fine yesterday. I’ve logged out and restarted iOS phone but still does not work

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tittelin.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app. I appreciate the additional details and your efforts to resolve this. I recommend trying the following:
If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you lost the record of your walk, you can manually log your exercise by following these steps: How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app? For information about tracking your activity with GPS, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I’m having the same issue and have the latest version of the app. I was trying to track a run today and it said it started loving it but I was about a mile in and it was not working. Now I can’t track or open anything on my dashboard to log water, food, weight, or anything else.

Have you tried to force quit the app, try to log out/log in and restart your phone? If the issue persists, please let me know the iOS version of your phone, I will be glad to investigate further.

Hi, I had tried force quitting it a few times and then shutting down my Apple phone and retrying and it didn’t work. The app was also updated. I gave up and miraculously in the morning it just started working again. No idea why that happened

Hi, I had exactly the same where it was meant to be recording my walk and started it and then disappeared when I checked it. Somehow just started working again a day later on it’s own and no idea why for one day it was like that. I’m glad I’m not the only one with this problem as must be a bug. Good luck with it

Now I have this problem. It stopped working during an exercise and stopped recording the walk and now I cannot click on any of the shortcuts from the dashboard. I have version 3.24.1(970) of the app installed. I have forced closure of the app, restarted the iPhone (Xs Max). It can still sync from the Versa device. Please advise what to do?
