Since this morning the fitbit app cannot be started and crashes upon opening the app.

Deleted and installed the app, yet same problem.

I have a fitbit charge 5.

What is wrong?

@StefanRdam Hello! What type of phone are you using? Android or iOS?

 

My suggestion would be to shut down your phone and boot it up again to see if that works.
