Hello,

 

I received my Charge as a Christmas gift last year and I love my new 'buddy'.  The only problem is that I cannot sync with my iPhone as the app is not available in Mauritius and it so frustrating as I always have to open up my PC and sync my fitbit...  I log food and activities with myfitnesspal and other apps.

 

@SunsetRunner suggested that I contact you regarding the app for this country.  I have tried to manage with the PC and other apps, but as I am getting more involved and joining challenges and groups, it becomes more important to have the app available...

 

It would be great if the app were made available to Mauritius so the we could also enjoy our fitbit trackers to its maximum potential.

 

Would love to hear from you regarding the same.

@Anubha You can download the Fitbit App from the App Store by changing your location from your account. You can follow the instructions on this post to do so. After this you should be able to download and use the app.
