Woke up this morning and went to look at my sleep to find that my step (including hourly steps) sleep and heart rate icons are missing from my dashboard. I have a charge 2 and the app was working fine yesterday. I can’t add these icons back from the discover page. It just says “requires fitbit device” or something like it at the top. The icons they are not visible when I try to edit the dashboard so I can’t add them back that way. I have tried logging out and back in to the app and re-synching my fitbit multiple times.
My iphone is up to date on the current IOS and there is not update in the app store for fitbit. I can still see my steps and heart rate on my watch face and the fitbit itself seems to be working fine
My app has just started doing this too. It was working this morning when I tracked my workout, but I just opened the app up again now and the dashboard has changed from tiles to a list-style format, with those stats missing from it. I went into Health and Fitness stats in the Discover tab to try and re-add them, but it's saying they're already added despite them being invisible on my dashboard and my device syncing fine.
I really hope they haven't been removed from the dashboard and this is just a faulty setting somewhere or a bug. ![]()
Best AnswerHappend to me just a couple of minutes ago - must be some glitch on the Fitbit server? Steps, sleep and HR were shown on the new dashboard about an hour ago...
Pls fix asap!
Best AnswerSame problem here. The app has run fine for one time after the update. It went wrong after I tried to change something from the dashboard. Now it acts like my Charge 2 doesn’t have a heart rate sensor: so no heart rate, no sleep, etc. Tried to remove and reinstall, that makes no difference.
For me the new app has rendered my watch useless for now 😞
Best AnswerMy sleep data just disappeared. I’m really unhappy about recent dashboard change, the layout is really bad. On top of that now the sleep functionality disappeared? This is unacceptable from a brand like Fitbit. Very unprofessional!
