Fitbit app on iPhone 6 keeps crashing

Trying to sync Fitbit but when I open app on iPhone 6 it crashes in like 2 seconds . Have updated app , deleted and re installed app, reset phone , phone is updated . Any advise ? Thanks

Hi , no error message .. literally open app see main page and crashes out on like 2 seconds

At this moment, I would like to suggest you the following steps and check if the app is still crashing:

 

  1. Uninstall the Fitbit app
  2. Turn off your phone
  3. Wait for 2 minutes and turn it back on
  4. Reinstall the app.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
