Trying to sync Fitbit but when I open app on iPhone 6 it crashes in like 2 seconds . Have updated app , deleted and re installed app, reset phone , phone is updated . Any advise ? Thanks

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you're getting an error message before or after the app crashes, please reply to me with a screenshot of it.

At this moment, I would like to suggest you the following steps and check if the app is still crashing:
- Uninstall the Fitbit app
- Turn off your phone
- Wait for 2 minutes and turn it back on
- Reinstall the app.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
