Fitbit app on iPhone crashing

i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

I’m having the same issue this morning. I’ve turned off Bluetooth and shut down the phone a couple of times and that is not resolving the problem. The app opens very briefly but won’t stay open. It is updated.

I’m having the same issue. I wasn’t sure if it’s not the new Fitbit app update causing the issue.

Mines started doing the exact same today.

shame as I’d only just got the app working correctly with the mobile track for the first time in 2-3 years (I used to have a ionic, and I’ve tried a couple others before this sense 2.

Im having the same issue on both my ipad and my iPhone. The web version is still displaying steps and heart rate but not sleep quality or any of the other metrics. Very bothersome!!!!

Yep I think it's crashing when it connects to the Fitbit servers..

hopefully it is a glitch and will be addressed and corrected by Fitbit.

I’m running IOS 16.1.1 on an iPhone 12. I think the issue is indeed the Fitbit app update.

Same issue for me with same set up - was working  earlier but now just flashes on & off - tried all the usual reboots etc with no joy

Are Fitbit addressing the issue - it was working after the latest update so is it something else?

My Fitbit app crashes as soon as I open it. The only way to keep the app open is to turn off internet access which still results in me not being able to use the app!!! I’ve reinstalled the app and it has made no difference!

Same for me.  Also rebooted my 13 pro, uninstalled and reinstalled the app…. Deleting all my data… bummer!
