Fitbit app on iPhone crashing

i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

I’m having the same problem this morning.  I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the t didn’t fix the issue.

Did all of this. And reloaded the app. Crashes instantly

I found a fix. 

tried phone restart, uninstalled app, no success.

I used airplane mode to keep app open, turned airplane mode off to log in. It took a few tries but now the app doesn’t crash.

This is literally costing money as my employer has Vitality rewards program and now I’m doubtful if the info is going through…

After updating to iOS 16.3.1 the Fitbit App won’t open.

Same issue - I've tried everything including deleting app and updating phone etc. It looks like it's a common issue on Twitter, but Fitbit just keep asking people to do all the things that aren't working. There's obviously a more significant problem that needs fixing

I have a Iphone 14 and my firbit app has stopped loading. when i touch the app it comes up for a second then goes off. I have discounnected bluetooth and turned off my phone and then turned it on, still not working. I have a Versa 3

Hello! The fitbit app in my iPhone keeps crashing. I followed all suggested steps online of updating phone, updating app, etc and still no luck. I don’t think it is my device. I tried using the customer service chat and no reply for 12 mins- not even an automated message after the initial intro one. Seems like that may be broken too?

Ditto this morning.  Deleted app, downloaded again, it restarted briefly and then started back crashing.

It worked for a few minutes. Back to crash and crash again. Something is not stable. 

Same. I tried the airplane mode option. Barely better for 2 minutes.

I’m having the same issue, and tried all the same things. The apps still does not open.
