i have a iPhone 13 Pro fully updated and fitbit ver 3.76. When i try to start the app if flashes and goes away.

Best AnswerMine as well. Just started this morning but yesterday was asking me to sync all day but did on its own. Then this morning it flashes and will not stay open. I deleted and reinstalled and it did not fix the issue.
It’s just started working again although a bit unstable, crashing now and then, but have managed to sync now.

Best AnswerSame here. After removing & reinstalling the app & restarting my iPhone multiple times, I was finally able to get it to open & login into my account on the app. It opened, showed me todays info & then crashed. It now continues to crash each time I try to open it. Help!
Wow that is so crazy that you would have to do that. Today 2 March 2023, my app started doing the same thing. I found this article online Fitbit app crashing issue on iOS devices acknowledged, fix in the works (piunikaweb.com) . Seems fitbit has yet again done sort of failed App or tracker update and sent our devices into choas. Seem to be a regular occurance for Fit and Googles aquistion of them has just made things worse.
