I’m having the same problem. I keep restarting my phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works
Best AnswerSame thing is happening to me except the signing in issue. I have tried all the same steps as you multiple times and nothing works it just keeps crashing
Best AnswerYes when I clicked on it keep closing and I have to tried continue clicking 4-5 times then it works. After I closed it a short while when I go in again not working & I continue clicking 2-3 times works again
Best AnswerI tried this, still crashed.
Thanks for responding...so probably not our phones, but a Fitbit/Apple problem. Hope they get it fixed soon. So annoying. All these glitches in apps take so much of our time trying to find answers/solutions.
Best AnswerI have rebooted Iphone and logged back in. Still not working. Looking online it appears it is Fitbits issue, not my phone.
Best AnswerMy app on iPhone is still crashing. If I keep trying to open the app it will open and stay open. However, if I close the app and open again it will fail to connect. Sometimes before any details appear and other times I can see the main screen before it crashes. I have rebooted my iPhone and deleted and reinstalled Fitbit app but problem persists. Hopefully Fitbit can resolve shortly.
Best AnswerSame here

Yep....Cant bring it up on my Android either....states fitbit is down
Best AnswerI’m having the same problem today.
Best AnswerSame problem. Fitbit app crashes immediately upon start. If I put my phone into airplane mode (no internet access) the app launches successfully. Here is my set up:
I have already tried the following things a few times with no success: rebooting phone; deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app; "forgetting" my Fitbit Charge 5 in my phone's Bluetooth settings, and reconnecting it. Nothing has fixed the issue.
