This worked for me! Thank you! I spent all morning pulling my hair out and had tried every “fix” I could find only for it to continue to crash immediately on opening. You have saved what’s left of my sanity. 😊

@PuckJojo @Momii87 @Deblaur @ladybird70 There was an issue of some sort (not sure if it was a server issue or an app issue), it looks like Fitbit has resolved it now.

My app is working again now. This was definitely a FitBit server issue. I decided to put the fitbit app on my Android tablet. When I tried to login it gave me a message that the fitbit servers were not available. When I went to Fitbit.com website ther were issues there are well. All seem to be working now.
Google/Fitbit needs to provide better error handling in the IOS app. It should have been able to provide an error message about the servers the same way that the Android app did.

I've had no issues today. When I did in the past, resetting my phone corrected the issue.

I was also having problems with the Fitbit app.
I just tried using the app and it seems to be actually be working. Just pressed it once and the app opened up. I tried it several times and it did work okay. Hope this is fixed for good. 🙃

My fitbit app crashed - I did "all the things" and finally got it back on my phone and re-synced my Luxe, but NOW I lost all old data except for the last 2 days - and lost all of my data from earlier today....SO weird - any suggestions?

After a few hours it started working again, but was set at my old Charge 2 from years ago so all my current info is gone.
