What did you do to get it going?

I didn’t do anything. Eventually FB fixed whatever back end stuff was broken then it loaded.

I just tried on my iPad, 12:45 PST and it now works OK.

Have followed all steps.  iPhone 13 is max updated.  FitBit app is max updated.  When I try to log in, it keeps telling me to check my email/password.  They are the same I used to log into my FitBit account on my computer.  That logged in just fine.  Am I missing something?  This has been occurring all day today (3/2).

Working for me now.  No change to my app version number.  More [circumstantial] evidence that it was a back-end issue.

Is your Versa down?

It started early this morning, it crashed and I lost all my data and had to reset my bit too.

Mine has been doing the same. Yesterday afternoon it crashed while I was tracking my walking and lost the route and tracking data! Today I’ve also lost the weather on the sense.

What was the root cause of the problem?  What did FitBit do to fix the problem?  What will FitBit do so that a similar problem does not recur?

My app is working again.

Try rebooting the phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That worked for me eventually. I spoke with customer service yesterday. Seemed like A LOT of people were experiencing this issue at the same time. Coincidence? I think not! They were aware of the issue and doing some things with the app from their end to solve it. Mine seems fine now. KNOCK ON WOOD! LOL
