Best AnswerI just tried on my iPad, 12:45 PST and it now works OK.
Have followed all steps. iPhone 13 is max updated. FitBit app is max updated. When I try to log in, it keeps telling me to check my email/password. They are the same I used to log into my FitBit account on my computer. That logged in just fine. Am I missing something? This has been occurring all day today (3/2).
Is your Versa down?

Mine has been doing the same. Yesterday afternoon it crashed while I was tracking my walking and lost the route and tracking data! Today I’ve also lost the weather on the sense.
not happy
Best AnswerUpdate: looks like the app has corrected itself and is working this morning.
What was the root cause of the problem? What did FitBit do to fix the problem? What will FitBit do so that a similar problem does not recur?

Best AnswerTry rebooting the phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That worked for me eventually. I spoke with customer service yesterday. Seemed like A LOT of people were experiencing this issue at the same time. Coincidence? I think not! They were aware of the issue and doing some things with the app from their end to solve it. Mine seems fine now. KNOCK ON WOOD! LOL
