I noticed that my ios app shows "Zone minutes" instead of "Active minutes". Zone minutes is always low, so I researched and figured out I needed to change my max heart rate due to the medications I take. That isn't working right either, but I'll post a separate thread on that. Anyway, on Fitbit.com, there is an Active minute tile, but no Zone minute tile and the exact opposite on the ios app. I've tried editing both and there is no option to add the other tiles. I'm on an iPhone XS MAX, ios version 14.4. Versa 2 with firmware version 72.1.9 and Fitbit app version 3.39.2. I've verified everything is up to date, I've logged out and in again and reset my phone. Is there a way to get Active Minutes as a tile on my ios dashboard and Zone minutes in the Fitbit.com dashboard?

The Versa 2, along with other newer models, has switched to zone minutes.
See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?
The fitbit.com dashboard has not been changed to zone minutes. Rather than complaining that it should be changed also, I look at it as a good thing, that people who still prefer active minutes can still them there at least until they get comfortable with zone minutes, though they are not available on the phone dashboard, and cannot be made available.
If people complain enough about fitbit.com dashboard not being the same, the only change I would expect would be it also changing to zone minutes.
There are some third-party clock faces that still show active minutes instead of zone minutes if it is important enough to you to try to find them.

Hi Jennifer. I agree that this was a poor decision by Fitbit. I need the active minutes for my employee wellness program at work. I get lower health insurance costs when I achieve my Active Minutes goals. I am a registered dietitian & you should not be forced to change your exercise routine due to the active zone change. Trying to meet active zone goals with a heart issue is not safe. Active minutes is much safer & more realistic. I believe Fitbit did not really think this decision through before making this change. I too read the difference between active minutes & active zone minutes. But that doesn't solve the issue that active minutes need to be available. Many employee wellness programs use active minutes to measure activity. I fully agree with you Jennifer that active minutes needs to be continued as a tile option on the app. Thanks for sharing your concerns.
