Fitbit app showing inaccurate heart rate

I wear my Alta HR whilst practicing kendo and yesterday I noted that my heart rate was showing as 140 but when I looked at the graph on the dashboard this morning it doesn't show as anywhere near that. Can anyone explain why this should be and how I can 'Fix' it?

Welcome to the Forums, @BikerTee.

I am sorry for the delayed respond. I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Alta HR board to the iOS App board, since I thin that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about the issue you are experiencing with your information, have you checked if your app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend checking this by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I update the app to the latest version?.

If the issue persists, feel free to provide me with some screenshots.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Hi, and thanks for the response,
I have checked my version of the app and it appears to be up[ to date; I have automatic updates set on my iPhone 8.

What I would like to see on my phone screen is this:

What I actually see is this:

I tried scrolling the screen but it doesn't make a difference.
