I just updated my iPad to iOS 12 and now the Fitbit app is about 75% the size it was before I updated. It does not fill the full screen. I’m legally blind and now I can’t read any of the information without a magnifier. Before the update, I could see the information with just my glasses. Is there something I can do to get it back to full screen?

I am just following up on the status of this issue with the Fitbit app not filling the screen on iPad. It’s really difficult for me to see the numbers without it being full size. Has there been a resolution that I missed? Please advise.

Same issue with my Instagram app.

Same here - just received a new iPad 2018 model - with iOS 12 -
downloaded the Fitbit app - and it's like a 3x5 card pasted in the middle of the 9" screen.
Things will only get worse after all the presents are opened - and people download the App -
and go .... WHHHAAAATTT

Hi, just bought an Ipad mini with iOS 12 and have exactly this same issue, and I see with despair that has been running for months without response. Is on its way to being solved?

No sign of it being sorted. I believe the ball has been shoved back in Apple’s court as it was their update that caused the problem. I understand quite a few apps have been affected. But I can’t see Apple doing anything .

For me, the issue here is that this is the iphone app, as there is not ipad specific one. It is more obvious when you use the "enlarge button", as Iphone and Ipad have different resolution ratio, you can clearly notice the pixels.
So two problems: no specific app for ipad, and apple´s tools for converting iphone apps into ipad´s not working properly

Hello @Choliforme, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Frogletsmum and @Laura52, I hope you're doing well.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your feedback with us. Please note that as mentioned above, after iOS 12, the way iPhone apps show on an iPad screen has changed. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to check @DavidMcAfee's suggested idea. Feel free to add your vote and comment, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this can be helpful, have a great day.

This problem has been going on now for more than a year now and the only notification from Fitbit is that problem will be looked into. As this problem has been going on for so long now why do they not come out and say they cannot be bothered to fix problem so just live with it instead of fobbing people off all the time.

No. This response is NOT helpful. After all this time, and all your customer's communications, don't you think it is time to sort this out and stop welcoming people to the 'discussion'? Please, please fix this issue.
