Fitbit app - unknown language

Got a new Alta HR today. 

But app language (IOS) is in a language I don't understand (Korean?). 

How to change to English?

This seems like a very odd situation. The language on the Fitbit app is directly linked to the language on your phone. Please go to your phone Settings > General > Language & Region and make sure the iPhone language is set to English. If it is, please uninstall the app, restart your phone and install it again.
