Fitbit app won’t install

I use my Fitbit app for tracking everyday and yesterday evening I noticed my the app had offloaded itself for some reason. I assumed it was a space issue so I deleted some things but it still does not download. Every time I click on it it says, “This app could not be installed.” Please help.

Yes it’s compatible. I have an iPhone 7. Trying to just delete and reinstall the app to see if that works.

I ended up just deleting and reinstalling it and haven’t had another issue with it. I’m not sure what initially went wrong with it, but I’m glad to have it working again. Thank you for your help.

There were updates for the app and for a while there were problems with the app where people had to do exactly what you did to make it work. Glad you got it going again.
