I wonder if someone can help? I set my community username from the desktop dashboard, however when I log into the app it keeps wanting to post my full name? I have tried restarting etc but no joy.

Thanks for your reply, sorry I don’t think I explained properly (night shift brain).
The issue is that when I access the community from the app, it does not use my name as shown here it shows my full name. I am using the same account for app and desktop, but if I was to reply to you on the app it would post the reply with my full name and not the community name.

Thanks for the details.
My answer would be the same, if you follow those steps, then when you reply on the app it would show the name you have chosen.
