I reset my iphone and did a back up restore but my apps wouldn’t load so I’ve had to delete them all and reinstall them but when I delete Fitbit it vanishes then I hit download and it load for like 3 seconds and isn’t on my phone. So I restart my phone and it’s back on my phone and still won’t open like before. So the. I tried deleteing it then restart my phone and it’s back on my phone again right after I delete it without trying to reinstall it. I repeated this 10 times to make sure it wasn’t a one time or few time thing. Anyone got some suggestions or help?

Welcome to the Forums @Lilwolf.
Thanks for bringing this up and trying all of those steps to get it to work.
Let's try deleting the Fitbit app through the iPhones settings, that should help so that it is fully uninstalled after the restart so that you can redownload it. To do so, please follow these steps:
Keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any other questions.

I did that as well before coming here that’s the main way I like to delete apps cause it leave less chance for glitches or something to go wrong. I’ve never had anything like this happen I’m worried my back up maybe faulty but so far this is the only app doing it luckily. I’ve also turned off my blaze so it isn’t connecting in the app even made a temp iTunes count to try fresh download to see if that might have worked.

Hello @Lilwolf.
Thanks for letting me know that you have already tried those steps and for sharing what steps you will be trying.
Please do keep me posted on how it goes with the process you mentioned with a new account. That could shed some light into what could be going on.
I look forward to your reply.

I have still had no luck getting it with any account. It loads for like 3 seconds if even that long and goes back to “get” button. Was gonna try to do it threw iTunes off my laptop but the updates are taking forever since I only have mobile hotspot and no WiFi.

Hello @Lilwolf.
Thanks for your reply and letting me know that the situation is still the same.
In this case I believe it could help to perform a factory reset on the phone without using a backup and simply re download all apps manually. That should help so that the Fitbit app loads up again in the way that it should.
Please keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions.
