I tired to turn Bluetooth on and off , I tried to turn the Fitbit on and off , I tired to delete and download Fitbit program again nothing work its not reading syncing with my MacBook

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't syncing correctly, and thanks for the steps that you've tried prior posting. You did an amazing job! There are some factors that may prevent your device from syncing, for example if you have other Bluetooth connections enabled when not in use, or if your Fitbit device and phone aren't within 20 feet. To investigate this situation, please let me know the model of your Fitbit device. Do you see an error message displayed when trying to sync? If so, take a screenshot and share it here. You'll find instructions to attach a picture in this post.
