Fitbit charge 2 won't show call notification

My Charge 2 does not show call notification. Using Iphone 6 plus. Tried restart the iphone, reconnect blue tooth, turn off and on again the notificatin button of fitbit app but still does not work. The watch already sync with updated step count shown on iPhone. What should I do?

@Lunbie  Make sure on the iPhone settings, you have "Allow in Notification Center", "Show in Notification Center", and "Show on lock screen" all enabled.

Also, on the Charge 2 itself, make sure the notification screen is set to "ON".  (Press and hold side button to turn this on or off)

Hello @Lunbie welcome aboard the Community!

For your notifications have you checked what @Kmransom123 advised?  You can also attempt to "forget" the Charge 2 from your iPhone Bluetooth's settings and then set the Notifications on the app again see if this unlocks them. After forgetting the Charge 2 and setting it up again you can also restart the Charge 2.
