Fitbit deleting exercise data

Hi, when I track an exercise, Fitbit has started to replace my distance run and pace data and replace it with something random, for example today it rallied a 5k run with 0.07km and deleted the pace entirely. 
i have recently moved my Fitbit account to google and I wish I hadn’t because the problem has been since then. Any suggestions how to fix this? My iOS app and Fitbit charge 5 are not up to date.
