My flex is found when im trying to sync it but then when it vibrates it dont sync anymore

Hey there @Silk_pna! Welcome to the Community! 

Let  me help you with this, I recommend fully charging your battery take a look at this article in order to make sure that you're doing it right, then force sync your tracker if you have inconveniences try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and make sure you're following the instructions that @SunsetRunner shared.
