Fitbit has forgotten me

Hi all, I've been a Fitbit user for 2 years and has the iPhone app for a year but today it won't let me in without re-registering! It's like I've been completely forgotten? I haven't changed my Charge HR or done anything different to usual. Any help much appreciated

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
