Fitbit iOS app not showing steps tile on dashboard

Calories  used are showing instead of steps.  Says that steps will show only on computer dashboard, not on mobile dashboard, but they don't show anywhere.  Ideas how to fix this?

Hello @Kott, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

At the moment, do you have a tracker linked to your account? Which tracker are you currently using? Most of the times, when the step tile is not showing in the Dashboard is because the tracker has accidentally removed from the account. To check this, in the app tap on Account and check if under your name your tracker is listed. If it's not, please set it up as a new device in order for the tile to show up.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

If you don't have a tracker or if you'd like to use your phone as one, you can always set up MobileTrack which uses the sensors of your phone in order to record basic functions such as steps and calories. To set up MobileTrack, follow the steps above and when you're about to choose a tracker, choose MobileTrack. Please make sure to check if your phone is compatible with this function.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
