Fitbit ionic will not receive text notifications from iphone

Since I updated my iPhone, my Fitbit ionic is not receiving text message and call notifications. I am still receiving all other notifications though. I tried restarting both my phone and Fitbit, unpairing them, and turning notification settings completely off and then back on. I’m not sure what else I can try next to resolve this issue.

As you may be aware notifications are currently a known issue. All information about the notifications issues can be found here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... if you haven’t already I would suggest visiting this thread to find tips, possible workarounds and any updated information. Be sure to view page one of the thread to view instructions that may assist you given by a Fitbit Moderator. Any and all information can be found there. I’m sorry I can’t be any more help then that.
