Fitbit is counting calories but not steps.

My Fitbit has been calculating calories but not steps. And the battery part is flashing yellow even after I charge it.

@Brittneyyjoness  What tracker do you have?  And what device do you sync to?  I sounds like the tracker may not be paired to your account anymore.

@Brittneyyjoness, adding to what @Kmransom123 asked before, are you able to see the step tile on the Fitbit app on your phone? If so, it seems your tracker is having trouble syncing with the app, in which case I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations in how to resolve any syncing issue.
