Hi

 

My Fitibit One won't sync anymore with my app on my Iphone.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your One using this procedure:

Give this a few tries though as it doesn't always work.

I noticed @SteveH provided you some excellent troubleshooting tips to get your One sync again. Adding to the links provided, in case your tracker is still not syncing after following those steps, please try to set up your One as a new device in your account.

 

To set up a tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
