IOS app logs me out

Everytime I go on my Fitbit app I have to enter my info. This has only been happening for a few days and it's very annoying. How can I change this back?

That does sound really strange... In the meantime you  could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the AppStore and see if this makes any difference.

I am locked out of my account! Won't acknowledge my user name or password! Time for a refund!

I did what you suggested,  now it will not open at all! App will not acknowledge my user name or password. If YOUR ISSUE is not resolved I will be asking for a full refund.

Hi, this started happening to me after I entered my credit card info of google pay.. I think its so someone doesn't steal you pay app stuff.
