Fitbit not adding data

Hi all!

Since the 1st January my Fitbit is not working properly:

On the first of January it did not reset after midnight so I had gazillions steps and cals burnt bit it was equivalent of 2 days.

Yesterday it did vibrate such as alarm but I have no alarm set up.

I also achieved more or less 40min exercise and more that 8400 steps but today when I look at it it isn't showing only 728 steps.

it does not add my steps to my workweek challenge.

i don't know what to do!

I have twitted Fitbit support but so far no response 😞

Any ideas??? 🙂

I'd like to thank you for letting me know about your situation and provided as many details as possible. In this particular case I would like to suggest restarting your tracker to remove any unfinished process or bug that might be affecting your tracker's funcionality. 

 

After restarting your tracker, please monitor it for the next 24 hours, in case your data is carried over again or it's still not syncing your steps to your challenge, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've tried so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. Smiley Wink
