Fitbit not syncing with iPhone 6plus

Since app update unable to sync Fitbit to iPhone. What’s happened???

Hello @OddjobEd 

Im sorry your having sync issues. Try this:

Log out of the Fitbit App

Now Force shut the app by doing this:

  1. On an iPhone X or later, or an iPad with iOS 12 or later, or iPadOS, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. ...
  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
  3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

After force shutting the app turn off your device, wait about 1-2 mins then turn your device back on.

Now log back into your Fitbit app as you normally would.

Now see if your syncing has now corrected itself

Hi

sync with my old iPad2, no problem, then re-sync with iPhone 6plus, sync ok no problem!!!!!

don’t know why it wouldn’t sync in 1st place?
