I am having problems with my Fitbit not updating in the community under friends. Been off and on and this week it is really bad. Is there a fix? Logged out of the app and logged back in and still the same issue.

I am sorry to hear that your Fitbit is not updating in the Community under friends. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am glad to assist you. I recommend trying the following:
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and sync your device.

Fitbit won't open on my iPhone or iPad so it is definitely an issue with Fitbit, not my devices.
