I can’t get my Charge 2 to pair with my new iPhone 12 Pro. The phone isn’t even detecting it both in the Fitbit app and in Bluetooth settings
I’ve tried turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on. I’ve tried resetting the tracker. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No luck.
Any ideas?

I was having the same issue and tried everything: restarting the Fitbit, restarting my iPhone, etc. I ended up going into my Fitbit account and adding a new device and just re-added my Charge 2 and it found it instantly. So weird! But it worked! I'm getting notifications on my Fitbit again and now it shows up in the iPhone Bluetooth settings where it did not before. Hope this works for you!

Hi I have the same problem with the Versa 3 after speaking to someone from fitbit support they have told me the iPhone 12 pro is not yet compatible which is so annoying as I use my watch for more the just the step count it could be the same for the charge 2

I'm having the same problem as well. I have a Charge 2 that synced great and worked beautifully with iphone 6S. Just got the iphone 12 pro and it was paired from my data transfer, but refuses to sync. I turned bluetooth on and off, reinstalled and uninstalled fitbit app, charged the watch while trying to sync, moved to a new location, tried to pair with and without wifi. NOTHING IS WORKING. WHY FITBIT, WHY? I'm not buying a new watch.

I just solved the sync issue with 12 pro phone. I synced the Charge 2 watch to my old iphone 6S so that it's on my fitbit account. I TURNED OFF the old 6S phone, and then paired the iphone `12 pro with the watch to sync data. Since it was already on my fitbit account, it did a sync update and worked. That was nuts. lol

hi everyone I hope everyone is having a good time but some phone are pairing and some are not... this is a common problem some phones like the iPhone 12 may not connect because Fitbit has not updated the software of adding new phones so the pro may work but not the regular

Same resolve, but with a new iPhone 13. Had to turn off the 6S so that it was trying to pair with just one iPhone in the vacinity.

For those that are still having this issue, it is due to your fitbit being connected to your old phone. Removing the fitbit from your fitbit account will not unpair it from your old phone. Go onto your old phone and turn off bluetooth or click the info icon to the right of the fitbit in the bluetooth settings on the old phone, then select Forget This Device. Now you will be able to add your fitbit to your new phone.

Nowadays the chargers are not coming with the iPhones that are coming in the market. I got to know this information through this post. At first, I could not believe it but in this post, everything has been clearly explained about it. He has also given the link to https://veepn.com/blog/best-amazon-fire-stick-apps/ my latest blog post in this post. You have been given information about the BBC iPlayer function on that link. This information may be useful to you.
