Since midday, the FitBit app will not load on my iPhone.

I have restarted my phone three times, turned Bluetooth of and on a few times, but still no go.

Hi @Alchymist  when there is a firmware update on your Fitbit, you will get a notice on your app telling you about it. Just keep an eye on the app.

I have had the same problem since 10/21/20.

However, I fail to see how I can keep an eye on firmware if the app will not open. Chicken and egg problem.

The answer that I’m getting is from 2019. My app was working fine yesterday. Do you have a new answer? I have tried everything thus far.

@notimetolose Welcome to the forums!

Please note there is a general issue affecting the Fitbit app. It has been reported and it is being monitored. Fitbit is working in a solution already. Thanks for your patience.
