Fitbit start up issue

New Alta charged and set up via IPhone today, however once disconnected from charger the screen immediately dies and non responsive to taps. Put it back on charge and it works again..? Very frustrating can anyone help? Becks

@becks2017  Try restarting the Alta to see if that helps.  Restart Alta. You may need to do this several times.

I noticed @Kmransom123 provided some great suggestion and adding to what she mentioned, in case restarting your tracker doesn't do the trick, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. Smiley Wink
