Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here @pritpaul! This sounds odd. What you can try is to log out, then reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, please log back in to the app. Also, please double check that your have the latest app version. If you are having trouble updating, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Also, you can double check what version of the iOS App you have by: clicking the account button in the bottom right-hand corner > click the help button near the bottom of the page > and the app version will be displayed at the top.

I tried this suggestion. But still no luck. Also went to the App Store and after opening, only getting a flash of the dashboard and then it disappears.
