Ok i did every step 4 times! No notifications and i agree with many fitbit users here... very frustrating and fitbit needs to address this issue. I wish i did not purchase this thing

Wow! Everybody!!! I think I fixed it.
-go back to your systems app on the iPhone

-go to Bluetooth

-select your fitbit, another window opens and you choose to ‘forget this device’.

-close bluetooth window and then reopen it. Your fitbit will resync and select your fitbit and choose ‘share systems notifications’ again

this allowed me to select ‘allday sync’ on the fitbit app

this should help!!! I will see how it goes throughout today and let you all know 🙂

Hello and welcome @Winterrose123

I understand your frustration about the current notification issue. I can only suggest that you view and preform all the steps provided here in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... Any and all information pertaining to the notifications issue can be found there. I’m sorry I can’t provide you with any further information but what is posted there is the only information known about the situation.

I did follow each step exactly as written and did it at least 6 times in the past two days.
the only thing that I wonder about is the actual fitbit. I have the latest update yet I wonder if its hardware is not able to keep up.

Hello again @Winterrose123

From my understanding the notifications issues occurred after the iOS updates. I would suggest checking to make sure your particular iOS device is listed as compatible with your Fitbit Tracker. You can view that list here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315

If your indeed compatible and your still experiencing issues I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways you can contact them: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
