Is anyone having problems syncing their fitbits to their iphones and macs? I've tried everything with no success. Also today when I set it up to record my workout it was counting the time and calories etc but when I stopped it it wouldn't let me check my calories etc and when I checked my total calories it only had 48 calories and I worked out for a 1/2 hr and my bike said 388 (Which my actual calories is always more). Any ideas on how to fix this??

I have an Iphone SE and I have a charge 2. I used both of these with it before and no problems. I just restarted using the fitbit and now it won't connect to anything

Same thing here, but only when I’m connected to my wifi.
and I know that it has a strong connection because I’m using it right to many other things (like writing this comment, watching Netflix and working).
I have already tryed all things mentioned, and ir still dont sync while connected to the WiFi.

Today my fitbit connected for about 15 mins then stopped. I tried the workout feature again this time it wasn't reading my heart beat correctly

Hello @MarcoGFitbit.
I have tried:
- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- Reboot my iPhone and then open the Fitbit app again.
- Restart my tracker.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
- Setting it up from my Macbook ("no internet connection" message)
- Recharged my tracker.
- Disconnected from my iPhone bluetooth ("forget this device") and reconnected it again.
None of this worked: it only sync when I'm using my cellular data (i.e. not connected to Wi-Fi).
iPhone 7;
software version: iOS 11.2.1
Fitbit Alta HR; version 26.63.2; Fitbit 2.44.2 (739)
Thanks.
