Mine did the same thing (Charge HR) yesterday. I have restarted the fitbit, restarted the app, bluetooth on and off, even 'un attached' the fitbit and tried to re-connect. No luck. Called customer service and got message that their system is down, try again in a few hours..... I went through all of the troubleshooting pages, tried each one of the suggestions. The tracker is on and recording, I even tried with my iPad which usually works as well and it does not see it.

Welcome to the Forums @Akerns. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing with your iOS device, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After following these steps your tracker should work properly.
Let me know the outcome.

When I clicked on see the solution, your reply came up so I guess they don't have a solution?
Great.....
