Best AnswerMine did the same thing (Charge HR) yesterday. I have restarted the fitbit, restarted the app, bluetooth on and off, even 'un attached' the fitbit and tried to re-connect. No luck. Called customer service and got message that their system is down, try again in a few hours..... I went through all of the troubleshooting pages, tried each one of the suggestions. The tracker is on and recording, I even tried with my iPad which usually works as well and it does not see it.
